1) Coverage Summary
Gro-Rite Garden Global LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that Gro-Rite™ metal raised garden beds (“Product”) will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that materially impair normal gardening use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

2) What this warranty covers
A “manufacturing defect” means a defect in materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture that prevents proper assembly or materially impairs the structural function of the Product under normal home gardening use when assembled and used strictly per the instructions.

Examples (illustrative, not exhaustive): grossly mis-punched holes, malformed panel seams, missing or mismatched hardware that prevents assembly.

3) What this warranty does not cover
This limited warranty does not cover, without limitation:

  • Shipping, transit, or delivery damage (claims must be made with the carrier/retailer upon delivery).

  • Cosmetic conditions or expected wear, including scratches, scuffs, dents, finish/paint fading, chalking, discoloration, peeling, or gloss loss.

  • Surface oxidation, corrosion, or rust of any kind, whether on panels or hardware, including those arising from soil conditions, fertilizers, amendments, mulch, irrigation, coastal/salt air, de-icing salts, chlorides, or other chemicals.

  • Damage from improper assembly, overtightening or use of non-supplied tools/hardware, failure to follow instructions, or failure to maintain a reasonably level, supportive base.

  • Misuse or non-intended uses, including use as a retaining wall, seat, step, enclosure, fire ring, animal pen, or for any load-bearing/structural purpose.

  • Alteration or modification, drilling/cutting, painting/coating, or mixing with non-Gro-Rite components.

  • Acts of nature (including wind events), force majeure, vandalism, accident, neglect, or commercial use.

  • Normal variations in color/tone among parts or batches.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand; any resale voids coverage.

4) Conditions of coverage
This warranty applies only if:

  • The Product was purchased new from Gro-Rite™ or an authorized seller;

  • Assembly, installation, use, and care conform to the current Gro-Rite instructions; and

  • The Product has not been altered or subjected to corrosive/chemical exposures or abnormal conditions.

5) Warranty remedies (our sole obligations)
If a valid claim is made within the Warranty Period, Gro-Rite™ will, at its sole option, (a) repair the defective part, (b) replace the defective part with a new or refurbished part of equal or better function, or (c) provide a pro-rated credit (not to exceed the purchase price) toward a replacement.

  • No labor or other costs are covered (including diagnosis, removal, installation, soil removal/refill, or downtime).

  • Replacement parts may be of a different finish or color and may be new or refurbished.

  • Shipping for replacement parts may be the customer’s responsibility outside the contiguous U.S./standard service areas.

6) How to make a claim
Within the Warranty Period and within 90 days of discovering the issue, contact Gro-Rite™ Support and provide: (i) original proof of purchase, (ii) photos/video of the alleged defect and the assembled bed and site, (iii) product model/lot info, and (iv) a brief description of assembly conditions. Gro-Rite™ may require additional photos, field tests, or return of the defective part (RMA). Claims received after the Warranty Period are not covered.

7) Disclaimer of other warranties
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, GRO-RITE™ DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; if so, any implied warranties are limited to the shortest period permitted by law and in no event longer than the Warranty Period.

8) Limitation of liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GRO-RITE™ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, ENHANCED, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, OR COSTS RELATED TO SOIL, PLANTS, OR LANDSCAPING. GRO-RITE’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; these limitations may not apply to you.

9) Non-transferability
Coverage applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.

10) Governing law & consumer rights
This limited warranty is governed by the laws of the Unites States of America, without regard to conflicts principles. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state or country.

If you purchase this product outside the United States, you may have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of your country, which are not excluded or limited by this warranty.
