Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Every Gro-Rite Garden purchase has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund.

In order to qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you should be able to furnish proof of purchase, typically in the form of your order confirmation email.

Returns

To start a return on an order that has been delivered, simply visit support@groritegarden.com and send us an email with your request. If your return is approved, we’ll send you an email to confirm the return request.

Unrequested returns will not be accepted. Gro-Rite Garden, as a courtesy, will cover the cost of one return label. If your order includes multiple items, the expense of the remaining return labels will be subtracted from your refund.

Returns should be shipped to us by U.S. mail, UPS, FedEx, or other standard shipping method to:

Cancellations & Changes

Should you desire to modify your order details, such as color, size, configuration, or delivery address after placing it, a reroute fee applies if the order has shipped but not yet been delivered. It's important to be aware that this fee amounts to $19 for each item being rerouted. Gro-Rite Garden will cover the cost of one package as a courtesy. However, if your order comprises multiple items, the cost of the remaining rerouted items will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Defects

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the incorrect item, kindly reach out to us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We'll inform you upon receiving and examining your return, providing notification of the approval or disapproval of the refund. In case of approval, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be mindful that it may take up to 1 week for your bank or credit card company to complete the processing and posting of the refund. For questions related to our Return & Refund Policy contact us at support@groritegarden.com

Friendshi

Step into the world of Justin and Thomas, where friendship, family, and a shared passion for gardening have sprouted a green revolution. As entrepreneurs and devoted family men, Justin and Thomas found themselves united by a common challenge – the cumbersome process of assembling raised bed gardens. It was during Justin's quest to expand his garden that the spark of innovation ignited.

Determination

For a year, these two friends dedicated themselves to the pursuit of a solution. Meetings with design engineers and countless prototypes later, they unveiled a raised bed that shattered the barriers of complexity. Now, anyone could assemble it in less than 10 minutes, without the need for tools. This breakthrough marked the birth of Gro-Rite, a company founded on the principle of making gardening accessible, enjoyable, and efficient.

Family

Beyond the business, Justin and Thomas are fathers and husbands who cherish their families. Their shared values of hard work, gratitude, leaving things better than they found them, and doing the right thing permeate every aspect of Gro-Rite. On their "About Us" page, you'll find more than just a business story; you'll find a testament to the importance of family and principles.

Mission

Gro-Rite, as the name suggests, is more than a company; it's a mission. The mission to create innovative garden products for gardeners, by gardeners. Justin and Thomas invite you to unearth the gardener inside you, embracing a journey of growth and connection with nature. Join them in cultivating not just gardens but a community that values the earth and leaves a legacy for the next generation of gardeners.
