What is the expected delivery timeframe for in-stock items?

Considering our workload, in-stock items are typically processed for shipment within the next business day and are then scheduled for UPS/FedEx pickup. If more than 5 business days have elapsed since you ordered an in-stock item without any updates, please reach out to Customer Service at support@groritegarden.com

When is the anticipated shipping date for Pre-Order items?

The product page displays the estimated fulfillment date, so please proceed with your pre-order only if you are comfortable with the waiting period. Additionally, the fulfillment date is included in your order confirmation email for reference.

When can I expect [out of stock item] to be available again?

The restock timeframe will be provided on the product page. If you are unable to locate this information, please reach out to our customer support for assistance. 

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or countries other than the USA?

Yes, we do. We can ship to these addresses with extra shipping cost. Please contact Customer Service at support@groritegarden.com with your address and the details of your order (quantity, type, and color of beds) and they can provide you with a quote!

What if the package gets damaged during shipping?

Due to the weight of our packages, there's a possibility of some panels getting bent during transit if handled roughly by UPS/FedEx. No need to worry; you can easily rectify this to ensure your gardening isn't delayed. Our panels are crafted through a bending process from flat steel coils, meaning they were originally bent. Bending them back will not impact their corrosion resistance. While bending all the panels at once may be challenging, you can always straighten them individually
